• No returns on Special/Custom orders.

• Your Capital Forest Products sales representative must be notified of the return request within 60 days of material delivery.

• A charge of 20% Handling, plus Freight, will be deducted from the product credit.

• Material will be inspected upon return to the warehouse.

• Any material returned in less than "new condition" will be deemed unacceptable, and no credit will be issued.

• Returning party will be responsible for freight accrued on unacceptable material.

• Recovery of unacceptable material will be the sole responsibility of the returning party.

• Please do not request a return of material that you would not accept on your next delivery.
